Harman Kardon’s Cortana-powered speaker leaks out ahead of fall release

Back in December, Harman Kardon revealed it’s working on a Cortana-powered speaker — and now the audio giant has prematurely published a product page for the device, showcasing its design in all its glory.

Unfortunately, the page was pulled shortly after it went live, but not before the folks over at Thurrott jotted down the key details and made a copy of all the promotional images.

Similar to the Amazon Echo, Harman Kardon’s Invoke speaker boasts 360-degree audio, but instead of addressing Alexa, users communicate with Cortana and have the facility to place and receive Skype calls.

The Invoke will launch in the fall

Harman Kardon will launch the Invoke in the fall, and Microsoft is expected to provide more details about Cortana and third-party integration at its Build developer conference later this week.
