The HTC U 11 is just a little over two weeks away from its announcement, but thanks to a new leak it looks as though we have a pretty good idea of what we’ll find under the under hood.
According to a spec sheet obtained by Gear India, it looks as though the HTC U 11 will be packing quite a bit of the latest technologies in its frame. Top of the chart has to be the Snapdragon 835 from Qualcomm. While this had been rumored for a while now, it’s nice to see it confirmed should this sheet be proven to be authentic.
What else does the sheet reveal? Quite a bit actually.
- 5.5-inch QHD display
- 6GB of RAM
- microSD support up to 2TB
- 12MP HTC Ultrapixel 3 camera on the rear
- 16MP selfie camera
- Edge Sense
- IP57 Water Resistance
- Dual Nano SIM
- Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0
- 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi
- Fingerprint reader
- Hi-Res audio
A lot of this information fits in with the various rumors we’ve been hearing the past few months, and we can’t wait to see if this all pans out. HTC always makes solid handsets, but with the LG G6 and Galaxy S8 currently dominating the Android market, it will have quite the uphill battle in front of it.
We’ll find out for sure what HTC has in store when it unveils the U 11 on May 16.
