Google Home makes following a recipe easier than ever

Google has added a nifty feature to its Home voice-activated speaker: step-by-step instructions for over five million recipes read aloud by Google Assistant.

“Thanks to Bon Appetit, The New York Times, Food Network and more, you’ll be able to follow step-by-step cooking instructions for more than 5 million recipes,” writes the firm in a blog post.

To get started, open up the Google Assistant or Google Search application on your smartphone, find a recipe, hit the ‘Send to Google Home’ button, then say ‘OK Google, start cooking.’
