Google Calendar is finally compatible with the iPad

Google has launched a new version of its Calendar application for iOS, and it finally bundles compatibility for tablet-sized screens. You know what this means, right? iPad owners don’t have to settle for a stretched version of the iPhone client anymore. Woo!

If you’ve got an iPad, there are plenty of reasons to switch over to Google Calendar. Not only is it — in our opinion — a lot cleaner than the calendar application baked into iOS, it’s also more functional, with nifty features like a goal tracker on board.
