Porsche officially revealed a first look at the new Panamera Sport Turismo wagon ahead of the car’s official debut at the Geneva Auto Show this month.
Porsche teased the car’s 550hp engine and said that it’s “more versatile” than any other car in its class. The car features up to five seats (4+1), the same Porsche Advanced cockpit that was first introduced to Panamera models last year, Porsche InnoDrive, rear axle steering, an all-wheel drive Porsche Traction Management system and more.
“For Porsche, the Panamera Sport Turismo is a step forwards into a new segment, but retains all of those values and attributes that are characteristic of Porsche,” says Michael Mauer, Director of Style Porsche.
Porsche said customers can actually order the Panamera Sport Turismo now, ahead of its expected European launch on October 7. The car will also hit other markets in early November, Porsche said, noting that there will be five different engine choices.
