HMD officially announced the Nokia 3310 during Mobile World Congress on Sunday. Yes, the popular Nokia 3310 is back and alive, though it’s slightly different than the phone everyone loved back in 2000.

TechCrunch, which got the details of the phone said it sports the following specs:

  • System: Dual band 900/1800 MHz
  • Software platform: Nokia Series 30+
  • Dimensions: 115.6*51.0*12.8mm
  • Weight: 79.6 g (including battery)
  • Display: 2.4’’ QVGA (240*320)
  • two Micro SIM slots
  • Curved window with polarised layer for better readability in sunlight
  • Connectivity: micro USB, 3.5mm AV connector,
    Bluetooth 3.0 with SLAM
  • Camera: 2Mpxl camera with LED flash
  • MicroSD card support up to 32 GB
  • LED torchlight

The device is actually built on S30+, TechCrunch said, which isn’t a “smart” operating system by any stretch. And yes, it includes Snake, because what good would the Nokia 3310 be without the classic? The phone will go on sale for 49.99 euros ($52) in the second quarter of this year (sometime after March). Spoiler alert: I’ll be buying one.
