Fire Emblem Heroes is finding a much more welcome reception in the video gaming world than Super Mario Run did. I suppose that has something to do with it being free, sustainable, and, ultimately, a game that can be enjoyed for a long amount of time.
Since it launched last week, it’s found its way to thousands of players’ smartphones, and while no known numbers have been published yet, we can just see how popular it is thanks to the response towards its first global Twitter campaign.

Fire Emblem is somehow Nintendo’s hottest series
10,000 retweets? That was completed minutes after the post went live. Again, no numbers… but the word is getting out there. Fire Emblem Heroes is resonating with the masses, and it is showing a stronger ability than Mario and even Pokémon to get its global missions accomplished. By extension, the main games released on consoles should also do well, as Pokémon GO proved.
Maybe, just maybe, Nintendo will grace its North American fans with all the Famicom and Super Famicom games we missed out on somewhere down the line. Keep the success up, and make your voices be heard! Mystery of the Fire Emblem, Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776 on the Nintendo Switch!
The Hero Feathers haven’t arrived yet, but you should keep an eye out for them. They allow players to boost the star rankings of their favorite characters. 10,000 is quite a large number of feathers, so be sure to use them well.
