LG G6 image shows the phone out in the wild

We’ve seen half of an official render, a prototype undergoing testing, and now we have ourselves the whole shebang. Business Insider has acquired what appears to be a real life photo of the LG G6, which some lucky user already has in the wild. It looks… shiny. But also very slick.

Now that we’ve seen the G6 in the wild, there’s not much left to see. In addition to its glossy back, the device is also expected to feature a 5.7-inch QHD+ display with a screen-to-bezel ratio upwards of 90 percent. In other words, the device’s screen will be virtually bezel-less.

The photo also confirms the dual-camera arrangement, along with a fingerprint sensor just below that, something that’s become commonplace on LG devices.

Mark February 26 on your calendar

We’re anticipating LG to officially unveil the LG G6 on February 26, so we only have a few weeks to go. In addition, LG is also expected to announce two new Android Wear 2.0 smartwatches, dubbed the LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style, so the G6 won’t be the only big news out of the event.
