Ford introduced the 2018 Ford Mustang to the world earlier this week and now, just a few days later, introduced a convertible version of the car. It sports many of the same specs as the regular 2018 Ford Mustang, just with the option to let the wind rip through your hair on the highway.
Ford reiterated that the Mustang is the “world’s best selling sports coupe” and that it is the most technologically advanced Mustang to date. As with the standard model, 2018 Ford Mustang convertible owners will be able to chose between a 2.3-liter EcoBoost or a 5-liter V8 engine, the former replacing Ford’s standard V6 engine but which offers more efficient power performance. Ford will also sell 10-speed automatic and manual options. Other features include drive-assist functions, new paint color options, 12 wheel choices and more.
