So, Rime looks pretty.

The title was recently re-revealed. Its PlayStation exclusivity has been dropped. It’s now being published by another company. And developer Tequila Works has announced the game will hit the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC platforms. It’s due in the first half of 2017.

Now we have even more stuff to look at. A lot more stuff, in fact. IGN posted 27 minutes of gameplay that shows the onset of Rime. Not only does it look beautiful, but the sound and music are absolutely stunning.

Here, dig in.

Rime looks wonderful, folks

The game seems like it takes a lot of inspiration from different sources. There’s a touch of JourneyZeldaThe Witness and lots more at work in Rime, and the gameplay video shows all of that in motion.

We’ll follow Rime closely and have more of it for you as it comes. Keep an eye on this one.
