Misfit just entered the smartwatch market. The company officially unveiled the Misfit Vapor during CES 2017, a touchscreen smartwatch that doubles as a fitness tracker.
The Misfit Vapor is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor, which was first unveiled back during Mobile World Congress last February. The watch is capable of keeping track of runs, thanks to built-in GPS tracking, heart rate monitoring, playing music, tracking sleep trends and more. It’s packed with 4GB of storage for playing offline music and storing apps, as well as W-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
Misfit Vapor sounds great for Swimmers
Swimmers should also take note of the Misfit Vapor, since it’s water resistant (swim-proof) up to 50 meters. Other features include a 1.39-inch round AMOLED display, a microphone, support for smartwatch notifications and up to two days of battery life. The Misfit Vapor will launch “later this year” for $199.
