The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s new footage analyzed

On Thursday night, Nintendo made a big splash at The Game Awards for 2016 with two separate videos for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

We’ll include both clips here for your consideration before we move into how the community’s responded. Here they are. The “Life in the Ruins” trailer comes first, then the “Let’s Play” video featuring Nintendo’s Bill Trinen and Nate Bihldorff.

Caught up? Great.

I personally noticed a few things without sitting down with a microscope. We have what looks like some bird creatures to look forward to. Both clips feature birds with human-like features, something that’s not new in the Zelda franchise.

I also noticed a Statue of the Goddess from Skyward Sword in the second clip, as well as the presence of what looks like this entry’s Zelda.

What about some folks doing in-depth analysis on YouTube. Well, for that, I’ve grabbed a few of my favorite clips. Grab a cup of java and enjoy.
