LEGO City Undercover, once a Wii U exclusive, coming to PS4, XBO, PC and Switch

Wii U owners probably know about LEGO City Undercover. If not, they should. It’s easily one of the best third-party games on the platform, and it’s an open world gem.

Well, TT and WB have announced some huge news for those of us who missed out on Chase’s adventure. LEGO City Undercover is bound for more platforms next year. Here’s the tweet.

That’s right, the game is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. It’s even coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Another game confirmed for Nintendo Switch, though it’s a port

One could easily read into this Nintendo Switch port confirmation as yet another indication that the Switch won’t feature backwards compatibility like we’re used to from Nintendo. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, I suppose, but I would like some clarity from the company regarding the future of my Wii U library.

No matter which platforms you own, LEGO City Undercover will be a great buy.
