That OnePlus device we’ve been hearing so much about just got more real. Qualcomm on Monday teased a mysterious new phone by saying “something new from OnePlus is on the way,” stopping short of straight up spoiling the reveal.
Over the past several weeks, rumors have pointed to OnePlus releasing a more powerful OnePlus 3 that includes 6GB of RAM and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 chip.
Qualcomm’s Tweet below all but confirms the device’s existence:

According to previous leaks, the device will be known as the OnePlus 3T and retail for $480, just $80 more than the OnePlus 3.
All that power for less than $500
It’s unclear how else the OnePlus 3T will differ from the current OnePlus 3, but rumors have pointed to the device launching with an upgraded camera sensor, as well as Android 7.0.
In lieu of getting a proper sequel to the OnePlus 3 right now, the OnePlus 3T seems like a nice filler device—at least until the OnePlus 4 is released next spring.
Expect the OnePlus 3T to launch on or around Nov. 14.
