I’ve been watching the hyper-addictive Japanese reality show Terrace House on Netflix over the last few weeks, and I don’t know, I think the cast of Final Fantasy XV would be a great selection of dudes to appear on the show. Something about their swagger makes me believe they’d be entertaining in a shared-living reality TV program.
How about after they wrap up their adventure and save the world, the guys start their own spin-off program with the heroines of Final Fantasy X-2, and we’ll see where it goes from there. Sounds like a hit to me!
Before that, the heroes will have to contend with giant Earth gods and infiltrate military bases. The latest footage from the game shows both of these exciting moments in action, along with 25 new screenshots advertising Noctis’ stylish winter gear.
Call me Snake, Noctis Snake
There’s still no doubt about this game being the most liberal that the series has ever seen. The footage here doesn’t even resemble previous Final Fantasy games, instead opting to mimic another iconic Japanese franchise, Metal Gear Solid.
I’m not complaining, but with each passing video, it’s becoming more and more clear that our standards are going to have to make a radical shift if we want to accept this game into the lore.
Final Fantasy XV launches for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Nov. 29.
