Red Dead Redemption has been confirmed for a release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and much like the previous game, the PC version is nowhere in sight. Needless to say, a lot of gamers are upset at the lack of an official PC announcement.

Which is why we have The “official” petition to bring the upcoming game to the PC console has been up for a full day now, and it has already reached a whopping 15,000 signatures, which also happens to be the petition’s goal.

Red Dead Redemption 2 should come to the PC

I can understand why the first game never came to the PC, and that’s because there was still quite a bit of disparity between consoles and PCs back in 2010. Nowadays, the only reason I can think of is that Rockstar wants to release a “Definitive Edition” down the line, so it can capitalize on the game twice.

It did the same for Grand Theft Auto V, so it’s not like there is no precedent.

However, my advice is to get in line, Red Dead fans. Us Final Fantasy nerds have been calling for a Final Fantasy XV PC release for the last two years!

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Nov. 2017.
