The Overwatch: Halloween Terror event has officially begun. The 1.74 GB patch has been deployed, and the game is now live with the new update in place. I’ve cruised around and gathered some screenshots for you to enjoy.
You might also notice that the UI has changed for certain elements. Pretty nifty. Especially the Career Profile page.
Now, even cooler, here is that you can actually buy the Halloween Terror items with credits earned. It looks like the items have seen their costs tripled, though, making it tougher to collect all the skins. At least Blizzard has elected not to leave this up to chance. Want that new Roadhog skin? Save up 3,000 credits or earn it in a box.
Credits cannot be purchased. Those are only earned through drops or getting duplicate items.
Finally, we have the brand new brawl. Junkenstein’s Revenge looks like a four hero Horde Mode, just like the leaks described.
Alright, enough of this, time to Overwatch!
