GoPro announced two new cameras at an event on Monday. The GoPro Hero 5 Black is billed as the company’s best camera ever with 4K recording, voice controls and a water-resistant design. The Hero 5 Session offers many of the same high-end features in a compact cube-shaped design.

The new cameras work at up to 33-feet underwater right out of the box and will offer voice controls in seven languages at launch. They offer simplified physical controls with a single shutter button to start recording, and they both work with the GoPro Karma drone.

The GoPro Hero 5 features a 2-inch touchscreen and takes 12-megapixel photos. It supports RAW photos and Wide Dynamic Range video. The Hero 5 Session offers 10-megapixel photos without a display and doesn’t support RAW or WDR.

GoPro’s latest cameras also work with the company’s newly announced GoPro Plus cloud service. For $4.99/month you get cloud backups that are available from any mobile device or desktop computer using the company’s apps. The subscription also includes access to a library of free music to use with your videos and a 20 percent discount on GoPro accessories.

The GoPro Hero Black costs $399, while the Hero 5 Session is priced at $299. They both launch on October 2.
