Pokémon GO: All these people in Taiwan are mobbing for a Snorlax

While I catch Pokémon from the quiet and lonely comfort of my front porch and the relatively desolate park near my home, folks in some Asian urban areas have to deal with heaps of pedestrian foot traffic.

The video you see at the head of this post comes from Taiwan, and it features thousands of people mobbing together in order to grab the ever elusive Snorlax. Surely, some people were just running to see what was up, right?

Pokémon GO is supposedly on the decline, with daily active users draining by the millions. A few updates and feature implementations could right the ship, but it looks like the game is borderline stupid popular even in the face of losing so many users.

Be safe out there, trainers. Remember, You don’t have to be right up on the Snorlax to catch it.
