Dead Rising remasters hit PS4, XBO, PC next month, trailer and screenshots rise from the grave

Dead RisingDead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record are all being remastered in time for the franchise’s 10th anniversary, and now we have a release date, a trailer and some screenshots.

This is not a collection by default. I was sort of surprised by that, too. Each game will sell individually after release for $19.99 a pop on all platforms. You can buy them all together in what Capcom is calling the Dead Rising Triple Pack, but that’s selling as a pre-order bundle for only the PS4 and Xbox One, and it’s listed at $49.99. Right, so it’ll only save you $10 over getting all three individually.

Capcom says that the game will be playable in 1080p at 60fps on all platforms.

The trio will all release on September 13 as digital downloads. If you want the physical forms, you’ll be able to get the original on the 13th and Dead Rising 2 on the 27th.

These releases all serve to drum up to the release of Dead Rising 4 and the return of Frank West. That’s happening on the XBox One and PC platforms on December 6, 2016.
