Galaxy Note 7 pre-orders start Aug. 3, launches Aug. 19, alleged Verizon memo says

Samsung will almost certainly announce the Galaxy Note 7 during a press conference in New York City tomorrow. We expect to learn more about the release date of the Galaxy Note 7 then, but a new leak might have spilled the beans early.

PhoneArena published an alleged memo from a Verizon employee on Monday morning that suggests the Galaxy Note 7 will be available for pre-order beginning August 3, just one day after it’s announced, and that it will be available in stores beginning on August 19. If that’s true, we expect AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile to have similar launch plans, unless Verizon has some sort of exclusive we don’t know about.
