Three classic Street Fighter titles coming to New Nintendo 3DS eShop this week

Capcom will be bringing three Street Fighter games to the European New Nintendo 3DS this week via the Virtual Console.

Two of these games are different versions of the eternal Street Fighter II. If you are looking to recreate childhood memories, the Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting is probably the version you’ll want to play. It offers the most “vanilla” experience of the original arcade game with all four boss characters available to play.

Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers is practically the same game, but it adds several other new fighters to the mix. Cammy is the most notable of the bunch, but some fans hold out for Fei Long.

The third game is set to be Street Fighter Alpha 2, which is far and away one of the most technically impressive games on the console. It runs just as smoothly if not better than its PlayStation counterpart.

Now, keep in mind that these are destined only for Europe at the moment. Send your messages to Capcom USA, and let them know you too in North America would like to see these arrive on the New Nintendo 3DS.
