This Roomba was modified to be absurdly fast

Roombas are lauded for their ability to recognize a dirty floor and autonomously clean it up, helping owners keep a tidy home while lazy people like me sit back and make more messes. What happens when one of these robots goes haywire?

A video on YouTube hilariously shows what a Roomba looks like hopped up on caffeine. I don’t think this modified Roomba would make for a very effective cleaning tool; more like great at creating messes. It’s unclear what kind of modifications were made to the Roomba to make it so much faster, but it could just be nothing more than a Roomba shell on top of an RC car.

It’s absolutely impractical and completely useless in the home. But it’s damn funny, especially considering how slow and careful Roombas are supposed to be. This is what happens when the apocalypse hits and robots start taking over.
