Uno is heading to PC and modern consoles in August

Back in the heyday of the Xbox 360’s Xbox Live Arcade, one of the surprise breakout hits was Uno. The card game, Uno.

I’m still not entirely sure why, but it was tons of fun.

And now a new version is headed to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. On top of the game itself, Uno will feature video chat support and an “all-new theme system” that lets you play with plain old Uno cards like some kind of card peasant or download and play with themed decks. Those themed decks, Ubisoft says, will feature Theme Cards that will bring new rules into the game.

You’ll also be able to play classic rules or tweak the game with built-in house rules to mix things up.

Just when you think you’re out, they pull you right back in. Uno pulls us back in on August 9.
