iPhone 7 dummy vs. iPhone 6s: New video claims to show them side-by-side

The iPhone 7 has been leaking a lot lately, though it can be tough to tell if the device we’re seeing is real or fake. Still, it’s always interesting to get an early look at Apple’s next smartphone, and this latest leak may offer a fresh take on the rumored device.

A video uploaded to Chinese social network Weibo over the weekend shows an alleged iPhone 7 dummy alongside the iPhone 6s. The leaked device is actually just a finished frame. The homescreen pictured near the end of the clip is really a plastic insert. But it still looks pretty polished, and it helps illustrate a few key differences between the two handsets.

The most noticeable change may be the new antenna bands, which shift to the edges of the back panel for a cleaner design. The rear camera is also a lot bigger, a possible nod to a larger sensor. Finally, the headphone jack is missing, replaced with a second speaker grill along the bottom edge.

This iPhone 7 still looks pretty familiar, but it may pack in enough small changes to win customers over. Apple is also expected to unveil an iPhone 7 Plus, which could introduce a dual rear camera setup.

You can check out the full hands-on video below, just remember that, at the very best, this is just a dummy unit.
