At E3 2015, Bethesda announced their first mobile game, Fallout Shelter. The game has continued to do well for the developer, and this year’s E3 had them announcing the game’s jump to PC as well as a substantial update for the mobile version. Both of those are set to hit this week, Bethesda says.

The update will include a new Quests mechanic that has players taking their vault dwellers to other locations on the map as well as fighting enemies new to the mobile game like ghouls and Radscorpions. You’ll also be able to direct your vault dwellers’ attacks instead of just watching and crossing your fingers.
This is a free-to-play game, though, and Bethesda needs to make money for it to stay active, so Nuka-Cola Quantum will join the list of items you can purchase and discover in-game, which Bethesda says will allow you to call questing dwellers back immediately instead of having to wait.
The 1.6 update and PC version are coming this week – are you still playing? Will you be jumping back in? Let us know in the comments.
