BBM Video, which made its debut in the U.S. and Canada earlier this year, is now available to users in Europe and Africa. You can enjoy it on both Android and iOS devices using the standard BlackBerry Messenger app.

Since it launched back in April, BBM Video has quickly expanded its reach. Its most recent expansion was to 17 countries across the Middle East, while earlier in June, the service reached 26 countries in Latin America.

Now BBM users in 109 countries across Europe and Africa can enjoy the video calling service, which is totally free to use. It’s activated on the server side so there are no updates to install; you should see it automatically when you open the app today.

BBM Video is expected to officially go global next month, at which point, you should be able to enjoy the service everywhere. If you don’t already have the BlackBerry Messenger app installed on your Android and iOS devices, follow the links below.
