Forza Horizon 3

One more leak from Microsoft before the press conference in about two hours. NerdLeaks has heard from insiders that Playground Games will be announcing Forza Horizon 3 at Microsoft’s E3 2016 presser.

The sequel will follow in the formula of its predecessors as an open-world racer, but it will travel across the world and take place in Australia. Further tidbits include this being the largest game that Playground Games has ever made with the larger car roster to compliment the size. The Lamborghini Centenario is the highlight of the bunch.

As pointed out be Eurogamer, this year the “on year” in Forza’s unofficial release pattern, giving this rumor a little more credibility.

Forza Horizon 3 will be released for the Xbox One and PC through Windows 10. NerdLeaks puts the release date as Sept. 27. We’ll find out more officially when Microsoft airs its press conference oat 9:30 PDT/12:30 EST.
