watchOS 3 features new “Breathe” app to promote healthy breathing

Apple announced watchOS 3 on Monday, the latest software for the Apple Watch, and it’s packed with tons of new features. One that stands out to me is called “Breathe,” and it provides session (1-5 minutes) that provide visuals and a guide to breathe properly. This is perfect for folks who need a reminder to take a break, calm down and to breathe. It’ll show you your heart rate after the session, and Apple hopes it promotes folks to start deep breathing sessions.
