The latest Galaxy Note 6 rumor out of China claims to reveal some killer new specs for the flagship phablet.
According to a Weibo post spotted by GizmoChina, the Galaxy Note 6 will pretty much obliterate the competition when it comes to pure power. The device allegedly packs an insane 256GB of storage and a hefty 4200mAh battery, along with a 5.8-inch display and 6GB of RAM. It may also offer an IP68 rating, making it water-resistant like the Galaxy S7.
We’re already expecting the Galaxy Note 6 to offer a Quad HD resolution and a Snapdragon 823 processor. It may also be Samsung’s first flagship phone with a USB-C port and an eye-scanning security sensor. Finally, Samsung could release a new Gear VR headset to support the upcoming device.
If these rumors turn out to be true the Galaxy Note 6 should easily take the crown for best smartphone of 2016. 256GB of storage is enough to make sure you’ll have plenty of free space, and a 4200mAh battery should provide enough power for the Galaxy Note 6’s beefy hardware.
Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Note 6 in late summer or early fall.
