Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s release date leaks ahead of announcement

A Target reservation card for the next Call of Duty leaked out via Reddit today. The biggest surprise on the card was the presence of a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare remaster. Rumors of that had floated around, but they were just that. Alongside that, though, the card features a release date for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare: November 4, 2016.

That’s not a huge surprise. Call of Duty releases in early November, usually on a Friday. November 4 or 11 made the most sense.

But this information leaking out even a few days ahead of time is certainly something that other game publishers are taking into account as they prep their fall release schedules, and it’s something fans can plan around as well. While this hasn’t been officially confirmed by Activision, I’d be surprised to see it on any other day. You can mark this one one your calendars.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare releases on November 4, 2016, and probably for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
