The final trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse has been released, and a very familiar face (or claw) makes a brief appearance.

There had been rumors Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine would make an appearance in Apocalypse and it looks like we can finally put those rumors to bed. Now, it’s just a matter of figuring out how long the character will be in the upcoming movie, especially with his own third (and final) solo movie coming next year.

The stakes are high in this latest look, which explains a bit more of Apocalypse’s backstory and Magneto’s reasoning for joining him. Mystique, who nearly met her demise in Days of Future Past, is taking the lead this time around, stepping up in the absence of Charles Xavier.

There’s plenty of mutant on mutant action in the latest footage, which you can check out down below. X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters on May 27.
