Amazing. Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock the size of Minneapolis recently, then you’re well aware of the hilarious crying Michael Jordan meme. Now it has made its way from the internet onto a pair of Air Jordan sneakers.
Two guys, Sherman Winfield and Andrew Weiss, created the special sneakers as an “art project.” They’re basically a standard pair of Jordan VIII shoes with stitching of Michael Jordan crying during his 2009 induction into the Hall of Fame sewn right into the tongues. Pretty clever, but it doesn’t look like you’ll ever get to buy them – unless you can talk Mr. Winfield and Mr. Weiss from separating from their art project. Everything has a price, right?
Check out the shoes in the gallery above.
