Last week, we had our first glimpse of an alleged component for the Moto G4 Plus, which appears to be the next major smartphone from Motorola and Lenovo. Now we’re getting a look at another phone, allegedly dubbed the Moto G4.
NoWhereElse recently published a pair of leaked photos showing the Moto G4, which sounds like another variant of the Moto G4 Plus. It’s still unclear how the two models might differ, but it looks like both will include a fingerprint reader.
The new pictures show the Moto G4 from a few different angles. In front, you can see the physical home button, where we presume the fingerprint reader will be located. The back features an updated camera module, along with the iconic dimpled logo from previous devices.
Two more photos recently shared on Twitter claim to show the other device, the Moto G4 Plus, in action. These images reveal a phablet-sized phone, but they’re a little too grainy to take at face value. If they are accurate, though, it looks like Motorola could be pushing the Moto G series into larger-screen territory with its next release.
The Lenovo-owned phone maker is expected to unveil a new family of phones sometime this summer. We may not get an official look at any new Moto devices for a few more months so, in the meantime, stay tuned for more leaks as they continue to roll in.
