The BioShock trilogy is making the leap into the current console generation in bundle form. It’s been leaked by all sorts of sources, and today we have it from one of the most legitimate. The trilogy, under the name BioShock: The Collection, has been rated by the ESRB.

It scooped up an M-rating, if you’re curious. Its content descriptors sound about right.

Blood and Gore, Drug Reference, Intense Violence, Sexual Themes, Strong Language, Use of Alcohol and Tobacco

The ESRB tends to leave these ratings up, but we went ahead and grabbed a screenshot for your consideration. Fair warning, there’s some NSFW language written within. The ratings folks took this one seriously.

We assume the collection will include BioShockBioShock 2 and BioShock Infinite. This is the first time the games will be playable on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

We’ll have more on this rumor as it comes. I’m ready to color it fact, but we’ll wait for the official word from 2K Games.
