BioWare has a new IP in the works, and there might even by photographic evidence of it out in the wild. But right now, we have no idea what the property might be called, how far along it is, or what sort of game it could possibly be.
We know it exists, though, because BioWare art boss Alistair McNally said so and, apparently, wore a shirt advertising as much:
Also it was fun to walk around GDC2016 in a t-shirt with our new IP on it and no one batted an eyelid.

BioWare has talked about a new IP previously, and former Creative Director Corey Hudson was helping get that new IP started before leaving in 2014 to join Microsoft. BioWare tends to sit on these for a long time before announcing them formally, taking a while to plan out the game’s fiction and world, something they did with both Dragon Age and Mass Effect. With Mass Effect Andromeda still on the way, it could even be a while before we hear more, but if hints like this are starting to be doled out, then we could see them as soon as E3 this year.
While no photographic evidence of McNally’s shirt has surfaced as of yet, the internet is relentless. If there’s a photo, someone will find it.
