Fallout 4’s first add-on, Automatron, gets an official trailer

Fallout 4’s first bit of add-on content is nearly here. It’s called “Automatron,” and it’s hitting the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 22, 2016.

If you snapped up the Season Pass, this content is included in that initial price. Those of us who are waiting to actually read about the DLC’s quality before buying will have to pay $9.99.

What will Automatron offer? Well, the trailer above details the add-on, but the email sharing the video had this to say about the DLC.

In Automatron, the mysterious Mechanist has unleashed a horde of evil robots into the Commonwealth, including the devious Robobrain. Hunt them down and harvest their parts to build and mod your own custom robot companions. Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons such as the all-new lightning chain gun. Even customize their paint schemes and choose their voices! (For characters level 15 or higher.)

I haven’t played Fallout 4 much at all since last year. Maybe this will get me back into the Wasteland. Are you looking to pick up this new DLC?
