Apple CEO Tim Cook recently hinted that waiting for the company’s rumored car will be as exciting as waiting for presents on Christmas Eve. Thankfully, it looks like the holiday could come a little early as the iPhone-maker continues to expand its secret project.

A property lease spotted by Silicon Valley Business Journal reveals that Apple recently scooped up another building in Sunnyvale, a city in California that borders Cupertino. Sunnyvale also happens to be home to a seven-building campus where Apple is allegedly developing its new vehicle, according to earlier reports.

The lease covers a 96,000 square foot property that previously served as a Pepsi bottling plant. It doesn’t reveal what Apple plans to do, but it sounds like the company won’t need to redevelop the space before getting to work.

We still don’t know much about the rumored Apple Car, which isn’t expected to launch until at least 2019. But, for now, you can check out a pretty sweet concept design in the gallery below.
