We’re just a few days away Samsung’s big Unpacked event, when it will introduce the Galaxy S7 to the world during its Mobile World Congress press conference. And, right on time, it seems like the cat is being let out of the bag a bit early.
Following a couple of pictures of a leaked Galaxy S7 last night, Android Authority published a video of an alleged Galaxy S7 on Wednesday.
Yes, it’s possible this is a fake, but we don’t think it is. It looks too much like the leaked renders and product shots that we’ve already seen, and the timing for a leak of this scale is perfect, at least considering the phone is going to be unveiled this weekend. We don’t get a lot of information from the short 14-second video, though, just a look at how super greasy the back can get from fingerprints. Gross.
TouchWiz is alive and strong, at least gauging from the icons on the screen. And you can see that the design looks awfully similar to last year’s Galaxy S6, which is a good thing in our eyes. We’ll know more about the final specs soon.
