I’m really kicking myself this morning. I just replaced my 128GB microSD card last week and, now, I’m waking up to news that Amazon has SanDisk’s 200GB card on sale for just $90. That’s about twice the price I paid for my new 128GB card, which was also on sale, but it’s the highest capacity card available from Amazon right now.

You might shrug off the importance of microSD cards, particularly if you’re now more used to storing your photos and music in the cloud. I still prefer local storage, though, and have moved back to using microSD cards thanks to Android 6.0 Marshmallow’s support for formatting them locally.

No word on how long this sale is going to last, but with rumors that the Samsung Galaxy S7 and LG G5 may both support expandable storage, you might want to grab one while they’re discounted.
