Here’s 10 minutes of Pokémon Yellow running on the 3DS

Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow are bound for the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

The folks at IGN have a video, which you see at the head of this post, of Pokémon Yellow running on the 3DS. In case you don’t remember, Yellow was the special version of Red and Blue. This was a remake of the originals, and it featured an adorable Pikachu that followed the player around the world.

I remember the special Yellow Game Boy Color that released at the same time as the game. I didn’t have it, and I was super jealous of my friends who did. Nerd problems, I guess.

Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow will hit the handheld in digital form for $9.99 a piece. That’s a small price to pay for a journey into the pit of nostalgia. The games will be available starting on February 27, 2016. We’ll have more on the ports as it comes.
