Oh, hey, thanks Target. It looks like a reservation card from the high class version of K-Mart has leaked the release date of Homefront: The Revolution.
The sequel to the mediocre shooter that actually looks pretty good appears to be set for release on May 17, 2016. The reservation card looks quite official in this shot from what looks like a Target stock room.

Homefront: The Revolution is being published by Deep Silver, its owner following some weird sales. First, it was being developed by Kaos Studios, a studio owned by THQ. Thanks to THQ’s bankruptcy and subsequent property liquidation, Homefront: The Revolution was sold to Crytek and was being developed by Crytek UK. Crytek hit some trouble and sold the game to Deep Silver. It’s now being developed by Dambuster Studios.
Let’s hope all that changing of hands didn’t harm the quality of the game.
We’ve reached out to Deep Silver for comment on this one.
