360-degree videos are starting to become more and more popular, particularly as VR headsets become more prevalent and there are new and exciting ways to experience that content. Now you can also view 360-degree videos on your Apple TV, thanks to a new Littlstar application, available now.

Littlstar provides free 360-degree content from Red Bull, National Geographic, Discovery, PBS, Mountain Dew, Disney and Showtime, and allows you to control the viewpoint using the new Apple TV remote. Maybe you’re swimming under the sea at the Magic Castle Reef, Florida or maybe you’re exploring the Tarkine Forest in Tasmania. There are plenty of experiences to check out, and you’ll be able to look around you as the video plays along.

“We wanted to give audiences the ability to consume this content from their living rooms and in a social environment,” Littlstar founder and chief product officer Tony Mugavero said. “With Littlstar’s app, users can now view 360-degree videos on their televisions, and experience immersive video the same way they would a traditional TV program.”

Littlstar is free and available on the new Apple TV now, but you can also hit the source link to check out 360-degree video right on your computer.
