Samsung has launched a new ‘Winter Edition’ of its Galaxy Note 5, which boasts 128GB of internal storage. The device is available in Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium — the two most popular Note 5 colors — but it’s only available in South Korean for now.
The Winter Edition device is almost identical to any other Galaxy Note 5 variant. In fact, its internals — apart from the 128GB of storage — are exactly the same, and the only difference on the outside is the slightly repositioned Samsung logo on the back of the device.
In addition to the 128GB of storage, then, buyers get a stunning 5.7-inch Quad HD display, Samsung’s latest Exynos 7420 processor, 4GB of RAM, and an impressive 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with optical image stabilization.
The Galaxy Note 5 Winter Edition is priced at 999,900 KRW (approx. $846) in South Korea, and although Samsung is yet to confirm whether the device will make it to international markets, we wouldn’t be surprised to see it popping up elsewhere soon.
In the meantime, Samsung fans in Europe can finally look forward to getting their hands on the Galaxy Note 5 early next year, according to recent reports.
