Microsoft Band 2 gets big discount for holidays

Looking to pick up a wearable for yourself, or maybe for a loved one during the holidays? The Microsoft Band 2 should be worth considering and, even better, it’s now available at a big discount.

Best Buy, Amazon and Microsoft have all cut the price of the Microsoft Band 2 from $250 to $200, which is a savings of about 50 sausage McMuffins off the McDonald’s Dollar Menu. Probably shouldn’t be eating those if you’re buying a fitness band, but you get the point.

The Microsoft Band 2 is a much more refined version of last year’s model, with new sensors for tracking everything from how far you’ve walked to your heart rate. It even has special software for letting you know how far from the pin you are on thousands of golf courses. Pretty neat. Hit the source to grab yours.
