Nexus 6P headed to Best Buy, gold model coming to U.S., rumor says

The Nexus 6P has been available to order online for a while, but Google may be bringing the stock Android phablet to physical stores as well. 9to5Google reports that the phone is headed to Best Buy, adding that a gold-colored version of the Nexus 6P may also be available to the U.S. soon.

There’s no official timeline for either launch, though Best Buy is expected to start stocking the Nexus 6P in the “near future.” Once it arrives, you’ll presumably be able to check out the new phone in person before actually buying it, though you’ll also be able to order one online from the retail giant.

As for that golden Nexus 6P, the special edition variant was originally revealed as a Japanese exclusive. It’s unclear if the new variant will be available straight from Google, from Huawei or maybe even from Best Buy. Either way, it should arrive in the U.S. pretty soon as well.
