Xbox One’s Black Friday discounts will last through the holidays

Microsoft announced this week that, starting December 9, up through December 26, the $50 discount on all Xbox One bundles that we saw for Black Friday will be in effect, meaning that Xbox One consoles are available for as low as $299 with a game.

The offer is valid for any Xbox One bundle, “including the Xbox One Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians Bundle, the Xbox One Elite Bundle and the Xbox One 1TB Holiday Bundle, which includes Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Rare Replay and a full-game download of Ori and the Blind Forest,” according to Major Nelson’s blog.

Additionally, starting December 22 up through January 7, the Xbox store will have its “biggest digital game sale of the year,” complete with daily and weekly deals.

It’s worth noting that the last time this happened, Microsoft ended up making the cut permanent, so it’s possible that could happen again. If Sony were to keep PlayStation 4 at the $299 discount, it’d even be likely. For now, though, there are lots of great bundles available if you haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
