PlayStation Store is throwing its annual holiday sale, everything up to 70-80% off

T’is the season to greedily buy cheap video games for yourself! The PlayStation Store has updated to reveal the first week of the PlayStation Holiday Sale, and I hope your wallet can take it. A lot of great games have been dropped to a mere fraction of their normal asking price, and my PlayStation 3, 4 and Vita are getting so full that I wonder if these file sizes have actual mass to them.

I don’t even know where to begin with my recommendations. Grand Theft Auto V can be snagged up for $35.99, and everyone loves that game. The entirety of Tales of the Borderlands is $3.75, and Telltale’s Game of Thrones series can also be snagged up for just $5 on the PlayStation 4. Strangely, the PlayStation 3 version is $6.25. I wonder why that is.

Grow Home is a weird little title that is definitely worth $2.65. And I don’t care what the price is, I better see each and every one of you drop the money for The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, easily my favorite game in the sale. You’re saving at least $100 by not buying the physical version on Amazon or eBay instead.

Thankfully, I am emerging relatively unscathed. The only game I picked up was Echo Night for $1.50 because From Software developed it, and it looks really weird. The rest of the titles I can live without while I chip away at the backlog I’ve amassed over the last few months.

EchoNight

Whoa, creepy. When did this become a Halloween sale? Expect more discounts next week as well. Anything you’re hoping to pick up on the cheap?
