The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 held on to the top spot for a second weekend with $51.6M and now stands at $198.31M domestic and $440.71M globally.
2. The Good Dinosaur
The latest from Pixar, The Good Dinosaur, opened in second place this weekend with $39.19M. Combined with its holiday haul, the film stands at $55.56M already.
Creed, the latest installment in the Rocky series, opened in third place with $30.12M and a four day total of $42.6M.
Spectre took in $12.8M to land in fourth place for a new domestic total of $176M and a global total of $749.5M. While it’s performing well, it will come nowhere near the more than $1B that Skyfall took in.
5. The Peanuts Movie
The Peanuts Movie hasn’t been a blockbuster, but it’s still hanging in there landing in fifth place this week with $9.7M for a new domestic total of $116.75M off a $99M budget.
