iPad Pro now available through Vodafone in the U.K.

Vodafone U.K. has today announced that it is now offering Apple’s new iPad Pro, with upfront fees starting at £349 (approx. $531) with an accompanying data plan. The carrier is only selling the pricier, 128GB device with cellular connectivity.

To buy this device off-contract directly from Apple, you would be paying £899 (approx. $1,368), so if you’re going to need a data plan to go with it anyway, getting the device on contract and saving a considerable sum upfront could well be a good option.

The price above applies to the 10GB 4G data plan, which is priced at £43 (approx. $65) a month. There is a more affordable plan with just 3GB of 4G data, which is priced at £38 (approx. $58) a month, but this pushes the upfront cost up to £379 (approx. $577). Both plans run for 24 months.

Vodafone U.K. is offering all three color options — space grey, silver, and gold — and as things stand, they are all in stock and ready for shipping. The carrier is also offering loss, theft, and accidental damage coverage for £8 (approx. $12) a month.

If you’re still unsure if the iPad Pro is worth your hard-earned cash, be sure to check out our unboxing before buying.
